mysleep support programme is now live!
We’re very excited to announce that we’ve officially launched our FREE mysleep support programme to help support our members who are living with sleep issues.
One in every three people in the UK are living with sleep issues such as disturbed sleep or insomnia. Many of these sleep issues can be short term, due to stress, illness or environmental and lifestyle factors, but some can escalate into chronic, long term issues.
Prior to launching mysleep, we hosted a sleep survey on our community platform and received an overwhelming response from our members who were suffering from a range of sleep problems. This provided us with valuable insight to produce a sleep support programme to help assist our community even further.
(Contact us if you would like to receive detailed insights on this survey, plus results from any of our previous surveys.)
The 12-week programme is 100% free to join and is delivered weekly via email to anyone who wishes to sign up. It is packed full of helpful tips and contains a variety of bite-sized topics, including:
- Children’s sleep
- Snoring
- Diet and Exercise
- Sleep environments and routines
- Patient stories and hints & tips and much more
This programme is part sponsored by Sealy, the world’s number one bed brand, operating in over 60 countries worldwide and Silentnight, the UK’s largest manufacturer of beds, mattresses and sleep accessories. Both companies strive to ensure that you get a comfortable, exceptional quality of sleep, using their years of advanced technology and sleep expertise.
As with all our programmes, we work with a wide range of stakeholders, all with a specialist interest in sleep to help expand and support the reach of our sleep programme, and additional programmes we offer.
Organisations and charities are featured throughout each sleep topic, and offer further support for each person who signs up to mysleep.
These partnerships are invaluable and ensure we can reach the right audience who will benefit the most from our offering, and further grow our community.
If you would like more information on our community and the work that we do in this and other health fields, then please get in touch.
